We’ll then provide you with standardised coded cartons and assist you to organise the packaging, recording and archiving of your files.
Our ‘simple to use’ recording system will enable you to identify which carton contains each file.
Your files will be transferred to Docu-Store’s secure premises. Any time you need a file, simply e-mail or fax a request to Docu-Store and we will deliver it to you. Our retrieval service operates twice daily.
We store your files for as long as you want. You can then arrange for them to be destroyed, or returned to you. Either way, only the files you need stored are retained at Docu-Store.
